Jaivardhan 3 Years 3 month old boy suffering from Congenital Heart Defect, Restrictive Perimembranous VSD, Dilated LA\LV. He needs Cardiac Cath followed by VSD closure to save his life. There are 6 members in the family and the father is an only earning member. He works as private tutor and his monthly income is Rs. 6000/-. The surgery is to be done in Fortis Escort Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy  (MD, FNB Director pediatric cardiology). The total estimate of the surgery is Rs.3,50,000/ .His family requires financial assistance of Rs 2,50,000/-  from Diya Medicare Foundation.  The family is not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment.
