Mast Ruhan Khan 1 Years 10 Months old boy was suffering from Congenital Heart Defect, moderate sized perimembranous VSD, non-obstruction sub aortic membrane, prominent muscle bundle seen in rvot, Adequate LV/RV systolic function, minimal pericardial effusion. He needed SAM Resection+ VSD Closure to save his life. The surgery was done at Max Super Speciality Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy (Pediatric Cardiology Principal Consultant & in charge Department of pediatric cardiology). The total estimate for surgery was Rs.3,00,000/- . His family was not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment.
