Mast. Daksh 5 Years old boy suffering from Tetralogy of Fallot. He needs early Total correction of Tetralogy. There are 3 family members in the family and father is an only earning member. He is a daily wage Labour. His monthly income is Rs 3000/-. The treatment was given at Sarvodaya Health Care Research Centre, under the supervision of Dr. Viresh Mahajan (Pediatric Cardiac Science, MBBS, M.D). The total cost of surgery was Rs 1,85,000/-and his family was not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment.
